About this service

bulin47clip.com is an independent photo-to-video tool. This policy explains the information used to create your video, manage your account and process one-time credit purchases.

Photos and generated videos

Selecting or dragging a photo creates a preview in your browser and does not upload it. Starting a generation uploads the photo to private object storage. A temporary signed link lets the AI processing provider retrieve it and create the requested video using the selected motion preset.

Photos and results belong to your account and are served through access-controlled routes. We do not publish them in a public gallery. A valid signed source link grants access only until the link or photo expires. Upload only material you have permission to process.

Account and technical information

Google sign-in supplies your email, name and profile image for authentication. We store your account identifier, sessions, job status, credit transactions, orders and support requests. Operational logs can include request times, IP addresses and errors needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.

Payments and service providers

Waffo processes checkout and payment details. We store order references, purchased credits, amounts, currencies and settlement status, rather than full payment-card details. Cloudflare Workers, D1 and private R2 storage provide the application's hosting, database and file storage.

The AI processing provider is identified in the generator before a photo is sent for processing. Its processing and retention terms apply separately to the copies it receives. Our storage limits below apply to files held by bulin47clip; they do not describe an external provider's storage. Review the identified provider's data terms before submitting a generation.

Retention and deletion

Source photos are accessible for 24 hours after upload. Generated videos are accessible for 30 days after completion. Access ends when those periods expire, and automatic storage lifecycle rules remove the files. Cloudflare performs physical removal asynchronously, typically within 24 hours after expiry. Download videos you want to keep before the 30-day deadline.

Account, order and credit-ledger records are retained separately for account operation, support, payment reconciliation and applicable obligations. Removing a file does not remove the related payment or credit record. For access requests or earlier deletion, use account support. Records needed to resolve a payment or meet applicable obligations can be retained after a deletion request.

Cookies and choices

Essential session cookies support sign-in. Browser storage remembers your current task and language. Optional analytics and advertising are not enabled by default. Signing out or clearing browser storage does not remove server-side records. Changes to this policy carry a new update date.
