bulin47clip.com is an independent creative tool for turning a photo into a freestyle video. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bulin 47. Use the service only where you may lawfully enter into these terms and process the materials you submit.

Your account and materials

The current motion preset is for one adult human subject. Use your own photo or obtain the adult subject’s permission. Photos of minors, celebrities and public figures are not permitted. Pet and group photos are not supported by this preset.

Use Google sign-in to access your account. Keep access to your Google account secure. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload the photo, depict any person shown and process it through an AI provider. Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, harassing or privacy-invasive material, or use outputs to mislead others about a real person's actions or endorsement.

You retain your rights in your input. You allow us and the generation provider to process it to operate the requested service. These terms do not grant rights to third-party likenesses, recordings, music or trademarks. Sharing or commercial use depends on the rights you hold and the applicable model and platform terms.

Video generation

The output is a 15-second, 9:16 vertical MP4 in the selected resolution: 480p, 720p or 1080p. Resolution describes the output size and does not guarantee an exact likeness or artistic result. Original freestyle audio is not promised. The actual AI processing service and any audio availability must be shown before a generation is submitted.

The service uses a selected motion reference and AI processing. Treat the result as an AI interpretation of your image. Motion, expression, clothing and background details may change as the video is generated, and identity preservation is not guaranteed. Exact choreography, generation time and output quality are not guaranteed. Service availability and supported settings may change.

Photo recommendations are practical suggestions rather than a promise of a particular result. A completed video can still have visual flaws even when the generation itself succeeds. AI artifacts may appear as flickering details, distorted fingers, sliding feet or unexpected changes to clothing and scenery. A strong opening frame does not guarantee that every later frame will look right.

Credits are restored for jobs with a confirmed failed status. A job that is still queued, processing or uncertain is not a confirmed failure; an uncertain request status must first be reconciled. A completed video is not automatically treated as a failed job because of its appearance or movement. Contact support if the result or charge needs review, particularly when you need a precise likeness or performance.

Credits and payments

Credits are sold in four one-time USD packs: Single costs $8.90 for 20 credits; Full HD costs $19.90 for 40 credits; Trio costs $23.90 for 60 credits; Crew costs $79.90 for 200 credits. Each 15-second video uses 10 credits at 480p, 20 credits at 720p or 40 credits at 1080p. Credits never expire, and there is no subscription or automatic renewal. Waffo handles checkout. A confirmed failed generation automatically restores all credits used for that job; queued, processing and uncertain jobs are reconciled first. Credits are service units, are not cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Do not use unauthorized payment methods.

Refunds and service issues

See the Refund Policy. Contact account support if credits or a payment appear incorrect. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. We may restrict abusive accounts or suspend a provider that cannot safely fulfill jobs.

File retention

Source photos are accessible for 24 hours after upload and generated videos for 30 days after completion. Access ends at expiry and automatic storage cleanup removes the files. Download videos before the deadline. Cloud storage removal runs asynchronously, as described in the Privacy Policy. Account, order and credit records are retained separately for service operation and payment reconciliation.
